Introducing San Diego Chiropractor Dr. James Padilla

I couldn't even button my own shirt....

Dr. James Padilla

Back in the late 80's I was one semester away from attending medical school although my heart wasn't in it. I wasn't sure I wanted to deal with disease as a career. As fate would have it I ended up injuring my neck so severely while lifting weights that I couldn't even button my shirt because of severe arm and neck pain. My pain had progressed to the point where I wasn't sleeping at night and it was effecting my breathing. To put it mildly I was a mess. I had exhausted all my attempts to getting better under traditional care and I was at my wits end. I was fortunate enough to be recommended to a local chiropractor by a good friend. I was very hesitant at first not knowing anything about what and how they worked.  But to my surprise within a short period time I was better then before the injury occurred.

The chiropractor who had gotten me better, described how our body has the ability to heal, we just have to remove the interference.

Well, to make a long story short I was hooked and my course to chiropractic school began from there.

Enough about me! How can we help you with today’s safe and natural chiropractic care? Give us a call so we can help you take your first step towards better health.

Dr. James Asks some important questions of interest to San Diego residents - Chiropractor San Diego Dr. James Asks...

What does a chiropractic adjustment do?
Chiropractic adjustments give your spine a little "nudge" at the right place, right time and the right direction so your body can use that energy to "right" itself. With a schedule of consistent chiropractic visits, a new, healthier spinal pattern emerges.
Would you rather feel good or be healthy?
Ask most people in San Diego and they want to feel good. Careful! Would you take medicine that makes you feel good, rather than vomit to expel improperly prepared food? Every chiropractic patient knows that you can't measure your health by how you feel. True health is when your body works as it should.
